In 1989 after many years in the motor vehicle and vehicle construction trades, Kevin Buckley formed Avon Classic Cars to cater for the restoration and repair of classic cars.
By forming his own business this meant he could turn out work to his very own high standard, and not be governed by bosses wanting to make profit at the expense of quality.
The business soon grew as did Avon Classic’s reputation for quality and workmanship.
Avon Classic Cars now operates from a more modern premises in Weston-Super-Mare with both state of the art facilities and classic tools and equipment, as well as utilising many of the latest technologies, enabling Kevin and his team to restore and craft classics to the highest standards.
Kevin (father) and Alex (son) work together to produce the finest finished vehicles that not only look good but will last for years to come, (see Scimitar in gallery restored by Kevin, completed 1991), and will never compromise on their high standards.
